Only really applicable to traditional old-school, heterosexual couples

Interesting information, however many of the examples and anecdotes provided are aimed to help people in heterosexual relationships or those unrelated to lgbtq+ community. I did find some information in this book to be applicable to any person regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Before purchasing this audio book, Just be aware that this may not be applicable to you.

Great information

Problem with books like this is they have lists and it is hard to keep track of them. My solution is to have the book along with this. Also use the bookmark ability in audible.

well rounded advice

this is one of several Leo Lowndes books I have listened to. they have all impressed me as having a balanced approach of practical and research based advice. and they could all be subtitled, tongue in cheek, " clues for the clueless. " I wish I had listened to books such as this one starting when I was 18 and right up through today.
