There are so many ways that your heart be wounded. It can either be cause by a friend that is so dear to you, family member and of course a lover. Mending broken hearts is never been easy. It takes time and the process sometimes is rough. Glad I have this book and I am happy to share what I learn to my friends!

I enjoyed the book, I found some awesome ideas about meditation, serenity, healing and love! Even if you have, as I had, an overall idea already how this phenomenal works, this book will give you are a significant amount of knowledge to practice successfully the physical response to your emotions.
The author obviously is very experienced and she tells it like it is. The exercises make the information very practical, you know how to slow down and listen to yourself.
I would recommend this book to everyone who wants peace, love, calmness and help.
