This book is very heavy on the "draw in positive energy from flowers while you meditate" aspects of personal improvement and has little to say on effective goal setting strategies. The author defines a set of "love tanks" that all people have and need to be filled and associates living the life you want with filling these "love tanks." The anecdotes are only mildly amusing. This book may be of interest to anyone seeking non-denominational spiritual healing.
