By following four simple steps, Dr. Dyer teaches you how to reduce the time from when you decide what you want in your mind to when it actually manifests. As Dr. Dyer says, "What you think about expands, so think about what you want, not about what you don't want."
Dr. Chopra recommends getting beyond judgment and reaction in order to make your dreams come true. "This state," he says, "is an intuitive, restful mode of awareness where you ask for the gifts that you desire and send a message to the Universe."

This audio has been the key step to manifesting all that I desire. The Law of Attraction is covered and this takes the final step into the HOW. I listen to this audio several times a week, recommend it to others and they have also seen a big shift in achieving what they desire. As the title says, it really is the 4 "reallys" that make a difference.
Very light hearted and humorous. I love the chemistry between Dyer and Deepak. Although both speakers only lightly touch the topic, it is a good speech for people just starting to learn about manifesting their life the way they want it to be.
This is fun to listen too... Great message for all to hear and can't understand how someone would find anything objectable. It's both light hearted and inspirational (at least to me)
If you don't get it on the first try... listen to it again!
Give it a try during a long commute, cross country drive or while you are just sitting at the computer.
I always love listening to doctor deepak cobra as well as doctor wayne dyer. This book is no exception. Now that I know how the healing force of intention works I intend to go home and use the force in my own life. Thank you wayne andy pock for your inspiring words!
I liked the advice, but truly if I would have known it was taped from a seminar they put together (sound isn't the greatest and sometimes hard to understand what they are saying) and that it was basically the same thing I learned from The Secret I wouldn't have purchased it.
That it wasn't just a copy from a seminar they did.
It's a drawn out version of The Secret...and I prefer The Secret.
Light hearted conversation with live audience. It's deep at times, a bit slow for my personal liking, but worth it for some great gems of wisdom. Good for bedtime listening.
