This audio book consists almost entirely of very odd guided meditations by the author... most of which are spoken in very halting cadence (...Move.. to the staircase... and find... yourself.... in a blue area.... How.... does.... it feel?.... Notice.... how far down.... is the distance..... to the nearest.... block.... How... does it.... feel?)
Frankly, I could not even get through the whole thing, as it was just too hard to listen to this constant stopping and halting every 2nd or 3rd word. There was virtually no instruction or information given, just guided meditations. (poor ones, IMO). This one easily ranks at the very bottom of my Audible purchases.
"Good content but the voicing lets it down"
Enjoyed some aspects of this audio title, but the clipped and harsh narration really lets it down. If you are to enter an altered state, you need a soothing voice to take you there.
This audio book (which, I think, is read by the author) offers some great information and exercises, but if you want a pleasing voice to help you with inner explorations... look elsewhere.
"Heidi Sawyer How to Develop your 7th Sense"
I have several of Heidi Sawyer's material including her book! This audio is really helpful if you want to do spiritual development or take your psychic development to a new level. Her voice is easy to get along with and the background music sends you into a deep place; it is so beautiful. This download has really helped a lot with calming my mind chatter too! My intuitive ability has improved since using this and I hugely recommend it to anyone.
Nothing else to be said. Buy a book on critical thinking instead.
