Life Changing

What made the experience of listening to How to Break Up, Survive, and Thrive the most enjoyable?

It gave me hope. I just thought I was crazy. Now I know that I have been going about this relationship thing all wrong. This is one of the most important books I have ever been exposed to. Wish I had read this when I was a teenager. I could have prevented so much suffering to myself and others.

What other book might you compare How to Break Up, Survive, and Thrive to and why?

CoDependent No More by Melody Beattie, The Courage to Be Yourself by Sue Patton Thoele

Which scene was your favorite?

NA

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

It's not insane to want out of a relationship that is not fulfilling my needs. I don't have to settle for a relationship just to have a relationship. I am enough all by myself. There is hope for a healthy fulfilling relationship in my future.
