Really good but too abridged

Lots to learn but all the examples and important helpful details were stripped from the book. Still worth listening to though.

Let go to Grow is part of the theme of this book.

This is a great book. The authors straighten us out on the idea that we can just decide and do better. We need to surrender to God and turn in his direction. We must understand and embrace our brokenness.

Love this book! It is useful immediately!

This was very easy to understand and I wish I read it a long time ago. Excellent for really understanding what's important and what isn't in a way you can easily understand immediately apply. Recommended to a friend just starting a relationship with God and He was very thankful, it answered many of his questions and inspired him to keep going. I will probably listen to this a few times.

Very insightful & helpful for teaching & experiencing personal growth

I purchased this book for insight into the process of maturity because I missed many of these stages as an adult child of alcoholics. When I saw it on Audible, I thought this would be a good book to listen to as well as read in paperback.

I found myself going back and replaying certain sections to help them sink in. This was so helpful! Listening to the authors read gave me the sense that they were right beside me, individually and lovingly coaching me. One surprise I experienced was that different wording and explanation of concepts/truths helped me immensely in areas of my recovery program where I was stuck.

these guys deliver on biblical explanations why some people grow and some don't. they look at the WHYS under microscope - very good book!!!!

A Biblically sound presentation of the growth process. Narrated by the author, this book clearly describes the elements involved and what is required. The content is presented in a style that is full of truth and grace. If you are looking to magically transform, this book is not for you. Spiritual growth is long and sometimes painful but has the potential to yield eternal fruit.
