This is a great audio filled with wonderful information on getting healthy, managing your money and pursuing happiness! You will get lots of information, so try not to get overwhelmed. I found it best to find the most effective things that I could change in my life that was the easiest to do, and made 3 changes from each book section. A few simple eating changes, some exercise changes, some money changes and 3 of my favorite techniques for being happy. Who knew practicing your smile could be so beneficial? Really great stuff in here, highly recommended!
I like the three in one sets that Ace puts out. These are three very important parts of life and it's always good to have more help with them. I have never been very good at saving money and can always use help in that area. It's so true that if you try to have the best health you can, you will feel great and be able to make more money. More money and better health are two excellent sources of happiness. I recommend this book to anyone who wants some inside tips on these three important parts of life!
Each book in this bundle is absolutely packed with information that I am excited to implement in my everyday life. They say money can't buy happiness, but everyone knows that a lack of money can definitely add stress and health problems to your life. I am especially excited to look into implementing some of the small business ideas in the Money book--who knew there were so many things that people would pay for?
Ace consistently delivers a quality product. I highly recommend this and each of his other books. You will end the book feeling more informed, motivated, and ready to tackle any challenges that you face.
This book is about health: Health in your body, your finances, and your attitudes. I liked most that McCloud's suggestions were down-to-earth and practical. His recommendations were things I could put into practice immediately and most cost nothing to implement. For example, his instructions on how to get a good night's sleep helped me remember to get off my computer an hour before I go to bed, to avoid unnecessary mental stimulation that could keep my mind churning instead of relaxing. I found this audible threesome very helpful.
It is sad but true, if you have money you can find happiness in life because you can have things that make you happy and help those in need. The other factor in having a happy life is having good health because without it, you can have all the money in the world and will not have the ability to be happy. This trilogy teaches you how to live a healthy life, how to make and keep money and how to be happier. I love that the whole thing links together so well.
There is no other books that link these three things together in order to make you a happy and successful person. Ace McCloud has written many books on the three subjects. I would compare them to those books one being Saving Money. Both books have merit, but the trilogy book has a little extra to go along with it.
There are no scenes as this is a non fiction book, but I especially enjoyed the healthy recipes in the health book, how to set a business plan in the money part and all the mental exercises for happiness in the third section.
There are so many ideas that are very valid in this book, especially since it is three books in one. I think I will remember the business plan part and making goals to reach financial success. I am sure, though, I will remember all the interesting ways to stay happy and healthy too.
This is a general how to on life. If you follow the examples and do the exercises along with eating the healthy food exhibited in the book and doing the physical exercises, you have a plan for a healthy, successful life.

In this 3-in-1 book on Health, Money, and Happiness there were no characters. If you ask which book was my favorite, it would be happiness. I really like this book because it shows you ways to motivate yourself to become a healthy, more fulfilled person.
Joshua Mackey was the narrator of the book which was written by Ace McCloud. I love his style, and the way he is so uplifting. He makes me want to be happy.
I could not listen to this big all at one time. I had errands to run, and a young daughter to take care of, so I split the time. I listened every chance I could, and when I really could it would be for a hour and a half at a time.
You might have noticed that in my first answer I mentioned Laugh as one of my favorite things about this book. The reason I did this is because is because one of my favorite songs is called "Laugh," by The Monkees. One part of this song is: "Every face that I see is all wrapped up in frowns, and unfortunately, it kind of gets me down." Just as Joshua says do not dwell on the bad things. Try to move past it, and be optimistic.
"Enjoyable guide to health, money and happiness"
I really enjoyed this set of audio books, I found them to be very informative and instructive.
The section on health is comprehensive and very helpful. I particularly liked the section on health supplements and natural cures for illnesses. It really is packed with interesting recipes, tips and strategies to help you achieve your health goals.
The section on money is very eye opening and is very helpful in setting financial goals and full of tips to help you be more thrifty and be honest with yourself about your finances.
The happiness book is extremely enjoyable to listen to as it is very positive and encouraging. In general I would say that I am a happy person, but this opened my eyes to areas that could quite easily becoming barriers to my happiness.

"Excellent health and well-being 3 in 1"
I am a bit of a health junkie, especially when it comes to learning about different routes to physical and mental well-being. It’s a vast subject and I wasn’t sure what to expect from a book that aimed to cover all aspects. As I listened to Joshua’s excellent and engaging narration, it was a pleasure just to let the content come to me, and as it unfolded I was amazed to see how much Ace had put into this audio. The book covers so much: from diet to vegetarianism; strength to stretching; prevention (of disease) to treatment; supplementation to baking muffins, and ends with a brief look at mental wellbeing.
I would challenge anyone to listen to Health and *not* find some new nuggets of health instilling wisdom. Whatever aspect you are interested in you’ll be directed to links and references to guide you towards further information and help.
Money is a clear and unfaltering look at the whole subject of financial health and well-being. I was particularly challenged by the encouragement to look at my negative views and limiting beliefs surrounding money and wealth. Once identified there was guidance as to how to replace them with positive affirmations. I didn’t realise how many negative responses I had to money. The audio covers attitudes to wealth, setting financial goals, budgeting, the habits of rich people (really interesting), starting a business, earning money through sideline ventures and making money from money. So many great ideas – money to set us free rather than to enslave us.
Happiness can seem like an elusive and sometimes fleeting life experience, and we often look for it in all the wrong (external) places. This audio book teaches that happiness is something that we are (or become), not something that we find or that happens to us.
It covers many aspects of life that we might not necessarily think of or pursue when seeking happiness. A few thorny subjects, such as stress and forgiveness, are tackled along the way, but the big adventure is becoming a person who builds happiness from the inside out – not from extravagant living, material gain, becoming rich or finding someone to “make” us happy. Excellent thought provoking and life enriching stuff!

Health, money and happiness are three areas that pretty much everyone wants in life, so I decided to check out this latest box set by Ace McCloud in order learn more about how to go about achieving them.
I am thoroughly glad that I did because this is a well-written and very helpful set of strategies to improve in these parts of your life.
One moment that really impressed me was when you learn more about the Mediterranean diet and how beneficial it can be. With delicious and well-explained recipes, along with breaking down how it can help parts of you body, this was excellent.
Also impressive were the sections on learning to set financial goals and a great step-by-step guide to improving your attitude to be more happy.
All in all a tremendous listen and highly recommended.

Well there say that health and happiness is the greatest form of wealth you can acquire. what they didn't say is that you need money to stay happy and healthy. that is the reality! I don't want to give any major spoilers of what to expect in this book but just know this book is one hell of a wise read... Here is the cycle; the book advises you on the best food to buy and prepare using your hard earned cash to ensure you stay healthy. it has several Mediterranean diets, cardiovascular exercises you can easily do at home and best vits that will ensure you a rounded approach to good health. to ensure that you dont run out of supplies. the book also has helpful tips to invest your cash and good spending practices. in short this is it!

I can’t believe that most of the good things in life have been summed up in just one audio book! I am quite sure that the tips and advice I have found in this book is the secret to achieve a very happy and successful life.
What I have learned in this book is that it’s not just the bigger things that always matter. We actually should also take a lot of smaller things into consideration such as proper diet and mental strategies for living healthy, the best habits for increasing wealth, how to properly set financial goals, the four general rules of happiness, how we should smile more often, and so much more!
Kudos to the author of this book! I highly recommend it!

It is not a fiction but practical guide so don't have characters but more advice and habits. My favorite is chapter form "Health" about Mediterranean diet, that contains lots of herbs, vegetables and fruits. All ingredients must be fresh and ready to eat to provide the best quality of vitamins and minerals. Also red wine is very healthy when drinking together with meals. I love this combination that is not only healthy but very tasty.
I have listened Joshua Mackey many times and this time his performance is excellent as usually. This is 3 in 1 set, so he did a great job to dealing with many topics and ideas with equal pace, enthusiasm and high motivation. Very valuable narrator with clear voice and nice accent.
I was moved by chapter from "Money" that so many ways are presented that you can earn money online, create your own business or even selling your unwanted items like notes, books, scripts, etc. I have a lots of materials that I don't use and they are pilled in my attic, so why don't sell them online. This audio book are plenty of this kind of practical tips, so let's here an audio book and start action. Very motivated.
