Very easy to read, with loads of information - I think I am going to use mine like a workbook..that makes me very interesting..A good resource book for reprogramming your mind frame to a good habit.This book discussed the factors that enable us to determine our overall habits-thus making us aware if a certain habit needs alteration by reprogramming our mindset through setting goals...
both reading and listening this book is good but it is very much interesting to listen than reading thanks for the author to make it an audio book..

I agree with the main points of the author of this self-help piece. His shout for small changes is evident in every pages of the book. Our habits force us to do what we do, thus it’s important to keep track of our habits. This doesn’t mean that we should have new habits, though. The bad improvements can be improved while the good habits of ours can be developed more. It allowed me to evaluate my life in a more positive perspective. Meanwhile, rituals whether predictable or patterned affect our success too. Find out how the author shared is tips in managing these two practices contribute to our productivity.
As an entrepreneur this book has been very inspirational. It has given me the drive to not only get started but to stay focused and to not give up when i am confronted with challenges. Habit Ignition helped me to do a self-examination by assessing the present effect of both my great and negative behavior patterns.

Change is always good,especially if it is for the betterment of our life. It is never too late if you do the change today Habit Ignition helped me to do a self-examination by assessing the present effect of both my great and negative behavior patterns.
Now I'm pursuing other goals and really need to optimize my habits so I can achieve some real results and much faster (Time is very important to me). e also identify some of the most common obstacles when trying to break or form a habit, which is what I think a very important step in forming habits and removing habits. The most memorable moments of Habit Ignition that i personally liked is the 7th chapter WOOP exercise. Very interesting to hear.
My favorite chapter is 5th BREAKING HABITS, 6th FORMING HABITS.

It's a clear and concise step by step guide in changing your habits and sustaining clear rituals for your daily life.
I love the part about utilizing the most out of your day. We all have 24 hours of it and we already spend about 8 hours of it dedicated to sleep. Put into account the time of eating and driving we do most days so our hours are limited. This book does a good job in explaining this and reinforcing it.
In regards to habit changing, yes it's pretty much all I could ask for and then some. Really good audiobook if you're wanting information on how to change your daily habits.

This is the first book I have about the topic. So much to learn about it. So true breaking a bad habit is never been easy and keeping it broken is much tougher.
