This is a fantastic way to fall asleep. The narration is soothing and calm, while the guided meditation really helps get your mind off of the day's stresses. It was easy to focus on sleep - and before I knew it - I was knocked out!
The part where I fell asleep!! I'm sure the rest of the audiobook was effective as well, since I didn't wake up until my alarm went off.
This is a great way to fall asleep and I like the narrator's voice. It's a low key and relaxing meditation. I wear earphones and just fall asleep with this in the background.
Credits play at the end! If you are listening while trying to sleep, listen on a low volume to make sure you don't wake up in 3 hours. Other than that, love this sleep meditation.
It is decent but a tiny bit slow and to be honest I had a hard time with relaxing from head to toe order. Personally I prefer the opposite, toes to head, to fully relax. I say a bit slow because the pauses are long enough to give time to fully relax a muscle but the length is annoying and with the one side of the body at a time it drags. Had it been in reverse the relaxing would have went better. Most people carry tension in their shoulders so tackling it early is not ideal in my opinion. There is no guided imagery, this is just guided relaxation.
Probably not, I really wanted a female narrator and loved the stormy sounds but this was just not for me.
