I loved this.... I use it to take a power nap when I don't have time to sleep. It takes you in to a deep peaceful state and leaves you to wonder around in your own lucid imagination.

"Relaxing & stops the mind racing"
I also listened to Joe Vitale's audio book which gave all of the details behind the story.
The details are unnecessary and I much prefer this shorter story.
In particular I like the hypnosis part which I find very relaxing. I have listened to it often. I use it to put me to sleep and stop me thinking about other things.
I wish there were more hypnosis tracks on Audible as Audible is an ideal vehicle for them.
