I found this title to be very useful for decreasing my anxiety and helping me sleep at night. I know for a lot of these type of programs they say sit up straight and have your feel flat on the floor but I was really looking for a way to calm and clear my mind before bed. The imagery of the tree was well set forth so that I really did feel connected with the tree and the Earth. It helped me push aside the extra 'junk' from the day and wind down and have a good night's sleep.
I enjoyed this meditation...I really needed extra help with grounding and this is what I got. Although it is only a short audiobook, for the price it is a bargain. I really enjoyed this one!
