Life is messy. Just look at Joseph. You might remember the Old Testament story. He was tossed in a pit, wrongfully imprisoned, forgotten, and dismissed. But Joseph's story contains an audacious promise. Whatever mess you face, God will use it for good. He did for Joseph, and he will for you. In the meantime don't become bitter or angry. Do what Joseph did. Trust in God.

I am pretty disappointed since this is only a fragment of God Will Carry You Through, by the same author. Anyone thinking about buying this audiobook should consider the full book.
This was not as long as I expected, but that can be a good thing. It doesn't take up too much of your time and is convenient to listen to. Gives good ideas to consider and is uplifting and encouraging.
Someone Who Cares
This short book makes some very remarkable statements about the hard times in life. Max Lucado manages to pull from scripture the way to make it through the rough, and downright hard times in life. He doesn't claim it's quick and easy. He just states it is possible.
Yes, I would. Enjoyable to listen to.
Happy to have listened to it. However, I believe this is an excerpt/ sample from a larger book, but it did not say so, should have.
All of it.
Perhaps the full book but this is little more than a pamphlet.
Would liked to have purchased the full book, but fell taken regarding what I assume to be a sample.
Lucado has a verve and am exceptionally keen message. This message is perfect for a daily night time listening. I am never disappointed in Lucado and his easy style! Brian Jett
Blessed to have read this. Ministered to be but also equipped me to share with those that are troubled waters
