    "The best book on mindfulness."

I have been a user of the author's headspace app for over a year now, so I had a good idea of what to expect in this book. He is able to explain how to be mindful in a simple and understandable way. I've read many books by zen masters that I value, but I feel like I got more out of this book. It is narrated by the author and he does an excellent job. He tells personal stories that keep you engaged. Overall, I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in mindfulness and/or being more calm.

    "easy to listen to..."
What did you like best about Get Some Headspace? What did you like least?

his accent and relative sense of humor on what can be a dry topic. Sheds light on some misconceptions about meditation.

Do you think Get Some Headspace needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

no. because he pretty much made his point.
