Creative people tend to see the world a little differently from everyone else. But that doesn't mean they can't zero in on their goals, get focused, get organized, and not only accomplish what they want to achieve but earn money doing it.
In Get It Done, a beloved teacher and successful writer, actor, and comedian helps you get a handle on your own particular - even peculiar - creative process and harness your energies in positive, productive, and income-generating ways. Sam Bennett's innovative exercises, inspiring true success stories, and bonus online components will shift your thinking and prompt the kinds of insights that turn underperforming geniuses into accomplished artists.

I love Sam's ability to get her points across with humor and ease.
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert...but in THIS book, Sam gives you easy, actionable steps that get you closer to connecting with your spirit and artistry without fear.
No. But I would like to listen to more!
Yes. I wasn't able to completely, but did it in two days.
Sam's accessible and matter-of-fact delivery gave me the inspiration to step into my next dream and hone it down to a one-task-at-a-time project! Thanks, Sam!
I can help but listen to this over and over. it's as if she really "gets me". and I am not an artist! Not in the sense that she is talking about, but every word is helpful in some way. of all the self development books I've listened to, I got the most out of this one.
I really enjoyed this book...it was actually way more than just tips and tricks to get stuff done. It was inspiring and engaging...and I got a lot out of it. I already want to listen to it again so that I can absorb the information even more the second time around.
This book is good not only for creatives, but anyone who needs to learn a little bit of "be gentle with thyself" kindness! I listened to the whole thing twice, and will randomly listen to bits when I need a cheer up! That being said, it's ESPECIALLY good if you're a creative procrastinator!
Sam Bennett's the author and reader, I like to think this means we hear it "how it was meant to be heard"
Write down the compliments you receive!
