Simple 20 minute meditation. I have several meditation audios, but this is the one I use. I'm amazed how difficult it is to quiet my mind. Once I do, I feel much more focused and alert. Sharon Salzberg has a good voice for this type of audio, and she has the right balance of explaining what to do, and then being quiet to so you can practice.
