Chapter 1 is a brief intro. OK there. Chapter 2 is a 30 minute meditation. And Chapter 2 is very well done. But the rest of this "audiobook" is just a word-for-word repeat of Chapter 2! There are no additions, and no deeper explorations. So this is not a three hour audiobook. It is just an half-hour audiobook, repeated over and over. I feel cheated here. And the author should be ashamed of this.

I wish you could preview the books. With video you get a preview. If I had previewed this book and heard the narrator read, I would never purchase this book. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. The book has 9 chapters and all 9 chapters are the same? Junk. Junk junk. WASTE OF MONEY
