Procrastination can be very expensive. For example, when you wait at the last minute to start a project at work, you will end up stressed, quick-tempered, and sick. Constant negative excitement is not healthy. You are apt also to make mistakes and get careless. Remember, it's very difficult to do a good job and be nice to your co-workers when you are in a hurry. Have it professionally recorded. Not have the edits and cuts be so abrupt and have such different audio levels and room tone every time.

Sounds like it was recorded on a phone and edited poorly in Audacity (Free Audio Program) by a complete novice.
I would definitely hear it again.
It is relatively short but it condenses a lot of information and tips in it, which are very helpful. It makes you reflect, it motivates you and the irony is that you can listen to it while you do other things that you've been procrastinating.
