It really helps me fall asleep, the voice is soothing and the music for hypnosis takes to another dimension and soothes my mind. My only complaint is the affirmations; I was expecting more affirmations and they were being said at a very slow pace in the audio.
I have not slept in years due to my empathic natural inclination to repeat each encounter. This is the first time I have snored (husband said I Did) and I wake up energized and have the ability to empathize not pity. Anna's voice is soothing yet powerful.
I would fall asleep listening to this, as the title suggests, and then suddenly wake up an hour or so later, startled by this whispery voice with a strange echo effect. Rather than feeling relaxed and centered, this recording caused me to wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle alarmed, afraid, and full of adrenaline. I'm pretty sure I learned nothing from, and only slept poorly because of, this audiobook. Probably better used for relaxation rather than "sleep learning."
I cannot wait to share this with my friends. I have been an empath for my entire life and this is one of the best hypnosis sessions I have heard.
