It will help change the way you think about food, encouraging a change to healthier, slower eating patterns whilst still retaining the enjoyment of food. For best results, this recording should be used once a day for three weeks and then 2-3 times a week for the next three weeks.

I wish that Audible would let us hear the meat of the program before buying. It has been shown in hypnosis that the mind does not hear words like Not or No. So when he says 'through with fat' the mind only hears fat. Laing uses a lot of negative words here. If I counted how many times he says "Fat" I am sure that it is over 20 maybe close to 50. These negative words like ugly are terrible words to be pumped into the mind during the relaxed state. How about the word thin, healthy or beautiful instead? He does have some positive but there is so much negative I am concerned that it will make people worse.
