Its ok, but....

Its pretty good in the sence that it gets you there, but it brings you back too quickly... by the time I finally saw it, she bought you back, so i didnt get much out of it!

Very Difficult to Understand

I think that if you have accents as pronounced as this you haven't got any business narrating your own book. I found the book nearly impossible to use as intended, because I was constantly trying to figure out words.

I AM LIVID!

This CD is HORRIBLE. This is hardly a CD on past life regression. The audbiobooks 1st sentence is "this is track 4", which was confusing & had me sitting up in bed trying to figure out why it was starting on track 4. No introduction, or "easing" me into a relaxation, she just jumps right in and moves at a ridiculously fast pace. Starts off with "think of a happy memory" & the next thing you know she has you going from 4 yrs old to 3, to 2 to 1 & then you supposed to be in a past life? This was all in less than 5 minutes. I wasn't even in a relaxed state yet, never mind another life! The whole narration is over in a few minutes and suddenly she's counting back from 5 in an abrupt, hasty tone that's almost startling. And between each track are SHAMELESS PLUGS to their website! I think this is HIGHLY unethical, considering this is a hypnosis CD. If I wanted a commercial I'd turn on the TV. Shame on them. Then the next "relaxation" exercise has you go through 7 floors of a building on an escalator, and each room is empty & brightly colored, going through the rainbow on each floor. NOT relaxing, thinking of rooms where everything is red, then orange, yellow, etc. And what is the point of this anyway? Has NOTHING to do with past lives, just a stupid narration of empty colored rooms. The 3rd track is the SAME EXACT THING, the same colored room scenario word for word, but this time in a mans voice. And then it goes to the 4th track, which is the SAME EXACT THING as the 1st track! The same abrupt narration of quickly speeding into a past life of which you have zero time to observe, & then telling you how how this will make you happier and healthier; please!. And that PDF "guide book"? Nothing but a "about us" with more plugs to their website. Absolutely appalling. I believe the couple glowing reviews must have been posted by them, because I can't imagine who would be impressed by this piece of garbage. Truly unbelievable.

Outstanding Material that Works!!!

I've downloaded a lot of Self Developments audiobooks and found them to work wonders! The attached reading material is excellent too... When I listen to the relaxing voices of the narrators and their soothing accompanying music, I feel totally relaxed and exhilarated. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

I was curious concerning the subject matter of "Discovering Past Lives " I give this audio a thumbs up for content. They have an explaination of their ideas, they have a listening program and also have instructions on how to use their content and listening program to be successful in this area. Good follow through content, you get the full package in this audio book and download booklet

opens doors to wonderful places

This one really helped me and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Sometimes I didn't see anything.. sometimes I saw some wonderful things straight from the unknown past.
I really like the narratar, she makes me really comfortable and doesn't put any pressure on the listener to see something.

How could one not be deeply impressed?

Adorable sums up this CD in one word! I love this CD kit that comes with an additional PDF file/book that is very well written and extremely helpful. I had vivid experiences by using the audiobook/CD and was able to access memories that had a profound effect and release on issues I was dealing with.

"Discovering Past Lives" has a wondrous musical accompaniment too that fully relaxed me and was an additional and unexpected plus. The speakers' voices (on various tracks - 6 in total) will lead you into a relaxed/ hypnotic state and then plant positive suggestions that will flourish. I found it very effective, allowing me to experience a vivid past life memory with little additional effort on my part. This allowed a lot of pieces to fall into place for me and I am most happy, settled and grateful to the highly acclaimed authors Gary Green and Lyndall Briggs.

The CD Kit is very professionally and gently fashioned with excellent content, which I found helpful and non-intrusive. This is the equivalent of paying hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars for topnotch hypnotherapy past life regression sessions, at next to no cost! Additionally, you can listen as often as you like in the comfort and privacy of your own home, as many times as you like. How could one not be deeply impressed? 10 out of 10 is what I rate this product, the authors and their great works. Very, very satisfied.

A Must for andy spiritual seeker

This book has 6 tracks:
1 introduction
2+3 guided deep relaxation ( delicious!!)
4 Discovering your past lives
5 The power of affirmation
6 affirmation

I have problems sleeping since EVER and the tracks really helped me to amazingly sleep soundly. After a day at work with all that tension, sometimes you get wired and totally consumed by tomorrows (what am I gna do?). The secret is as this AB says what matters is here and now.

I follow the directions mentioned in the PDF book that you will download with this book, so I listen to the relaxation twice a day (morning/night) and end it with the affirmation (track 6). Track 6 is my daily shot before I start my 10 hours of work.. The result, regardless of how tough the work is ... I know that I can do it without all this stress and tension.

This book is worth every cent.
