I listen to binaural beats regularly, and thought I would give this a try. I was not disappointed. The combination of music, binaural beats and affirmations - I was painting after the first session. I like to listen to the subliminal version before bed instead of the nighttime version. This audiobook helps me find my muse systemically. I hope my brain doesn't tire of this kind of stimulation, as being in a creative mood helps me create great art.
