Short, sweet and concise

Well... a bit way too short... wish it was a bit longer on such a topic that affects our lives at work, home and outside. Overall great tips!

mundane and uninspired

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

The narration was very bland and flat. The information was very pedestrian. It was very simplistic with no real insights that were helpful to me or anyone who has read anything like this before or attended a course. I've listened to about twenty books this year including 2 other personal interaction books right before this one. This book was the least interesting of all, but luckily very short. I advise against it unless this is your very first experience with conflict management books.
