Like other reviewers of Harrold's titles, I was at first skeptical but, still, I was desperate to believe that I could retain tons of information for a re-certification exam in medicine. Amazingly, I am remembering the information that I am cramming, 12-16 hours daily, while before listening to this recording it seemed I was too nervous and fearfully negative to allow the information to stick. I kept telling myself I was too old to remember, due to the constant negative input we get in this society about declining mental faculties with age. I discovered my brain is working fine and my memory is intact, plus, with age, so is my understanding!! Thanks Mr. Harrold, it works! I listen at least 3-4 times weekly, while lying in bed, and I fall peacefully asleep to his soothing voice and positive affirmations. Hypnosis worked for me 30 years ago and it is working now. I enthusiastically recommend these recordings and am ordering a few more- weight loss next folks!!
I just found this hypnosis tape to be so well done and easy to listen to. I am always looking for ways to improve my mental functioning and I just feel that the positive messages and influences imbeded in this recording are doing just that. I think it is worth I try, I have spent a lot more on simple books of memory tricks that didn't really make a qualitative difference. I would try it.
There's annoying background music that I wasn't able to bear and couldn't relax because of it. also the voice is very dramatic, not natural and it felt like stage hypnosis. I couldn't bear it. I got 2 of his audio programs and couldn't stand any of them.

I actually fall asleep everytime I listen to this audio so I really can't tell you what most of it says. I listen about 2-3 times per week at night. At work I noticed a difference within the first week. I was remembering phone numbers without asking people to repeat themselves and without writing the numbers down. I am also remembering peoples names much better. I am a busy working mother of 5 and I am always juggling projects, dates and so on. This audio really has helped me in many areas. I even feel more organized (I guess because I'm remembering a lot more). I would recommend this audio. I find the voice soothing, however other reviewers differed with me, so please listen to the sample before you purchase.
This is two 20-25 minute hypnosis tracks. The hypnotist has a wonderful british accent and I liked the music that accompanies it. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to empower your subconscious to do amazing things, but I recommend reading a few books along with it for the raw tools such as Remember Every Name Every Time by Benjamin Levy
It is hard for me to notice if my memory has improved, because I don't really have issues with my memory, I'm still young. But I'm trying to improve my memory. Either way I like this audiobook because it's relaxing.
Slow music with a guy talking slowwwwwwwwwwly. There are other books with real world advice and tips that you can apply now even while driving or running. If you are into chimes and other things that cling in the night then this book is for you. If you are a realist like me, look elsewhere.
I listen to it often at night before I go to sleep. I believe it has improved my memory.

I bought this audibook based on previous ratings from people who bought it. I was disapointed. It is everything except how to develop a powerful memory. It has one single excercise at the very beginning related to memory and that's all. The rest is relaxation and visualization excercises. And even if you are looking for this type of audibooks and I wouldn't suggest this one. Take your chances if you don't believe me!

If you record this audio in your phone or ipod or even in the laptop if you have one, just try to listen to it every day before sleep and as well if you can in the morning before leave the bed.
the best time of the day for meditation are at night before sleep and morning before leave the bed. you'll have a perfect night sleep and a perfect day once you're up for you daily activity.
