Not helping me sleep
I got this primarily for relaxation and help with insomnia. Unfortunately Steve speaks way too fast for me, which keeps my attention. I can almost relax, but just cannot get there.

woke me back up after the first chapter with music
Would you try another book from Steven Gurgevich and/or Steven Gurgevich?
I dont know his voice took a second to get used to and i fell asleep to it but then woke up to the next chapter because of the music. good for relaxing i guess.
