Sleeping Great

Tongue should NOT rest down
I'm a Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Orofacial Myologist. Your meditation is great but please do not tell people to lower their tongue from the palate. This is where our tongues should be at rest as it's calming for the CNS and stimulates the Vagus nerve. It's a SERIOUS problem when it becomes a habit of lowering the tongue to the floor of the mouth. I've spent the last 9 years of my career trying to get patients to normalize tongue up resting posture. PLEASE don't discourage it.

Asleep before I'm a third of the way thru chat 1
I can't attest to an increased .lucidity of my dreams, but on nights where I am having a hard time going to or.staying asleep, I pop on ear buds and am usually snoring before I'm a third of the way through the first chapter.

A must miss
I only write reviews on a really good book and a really bad one. This one unfortunately was a bad book. Aliens come down and everyone humps. The narrator is okay, but the British accents were pretty aweful. Save your credit. Mark of the Demon is a good book, start there. Cheers!
