Deep Sleep is one of the best relaxation audiobooks I've listened to. I was in an auto accident and suffered a brain injury. I had a difficult time sleeping due to racing thoughts and pain would also wake me numerous times a night. The narrators voice is very relaxing. By the end of the first chapter I was feeling very relaxed and by body was heavy like a log but not yet asleep. I was too worried that I would ruin my headphones if I fell asleep with them on.

Great Audio recording. I have been listening to hypnosis for a while. I find myself coming back to this recording specifically. In comparison to others I've tried, this one seems more pleasant. i find myself following along, relaxing and falling asleep quickly.
I suppose perhaps this kind of thing helps some people go to sleep, perhaps the same kind of people that can be "hypnotized" on stage at the state fair too. A MUCH better book to put you to sleep is "Atlas Shrugged"., that's what I'm using now, plus it's 60 hours long.
