    "Helps You Fall Asleep Really Fast"
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    I would recommend this audiobook to any of my friends who have a hard time falling asleep. It is unbelievably soothing. I fell asleep during the first five minutes, and that is rare for me.


    What did you like best about this story?

    This is such a calming and peaceful audiobook. The peaceful sounds and the narrator's voice all complement one another. It's a wonderful additional to my affirmations audiobook collection, and one that I will be using every night and anytime I need a quick nap.

    "Very nice"

    I love playing this as I fall asleep every night. The voice is uplifting as well as soothing so I fall asleep quickly and wake up feeling noticeably more positive and happy. :) I love this tape and would recommend.

    "Puts me right to sleep"

    I haven't actually heard all of it just parts. It puts me to sleep very fast helps me to not focus on wandering thoughts.

    "Soothing, yet upbeat"

    Really helpful for falling asleep. The reader's voice is clear and calm, and the "message" is very simple: Relax. Works for me much better than murder mysteries :)

    "Slept like a baby"
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    Ohh yes, this is a keeper. I was asleep within minutes.

    The narrator's voice is fantastic. I was really impressed with this sleep method. Just climb into bed for sleep and press play. I play it on a low volume now because if you fall asleep and the end credits start playing, they might wake you. Excellent way to fall asleep.

    The narrator kept saying "l" instead of "you". It made me think that the narrator was talking himself into a relaxed mood as I listened.
