I recommend this book to anyone looking for answers for their anxiety and how to cope with it. The author does a great job of making you feel like Human being and relating to every day people who deal with anxiety. But even better, he gives answers that actually work! I definitely recommend this book! It helped to change my life for the better!
I finished this book, very helpful. I plan to reread, or go back to whenever I need to. It has steps, it has internal thinking of things like dont fuel anxiety, dont use crutches, and heres howwww. I tell myself "Ive done this for so long, I got this." As a power thinking step. Very good book.
An excellent addition to the bookcase of any teen suffering from anxiety, this book treats the issue with the seriousness and sensitivity it deserves but unfortunately rarely gets.
