good story

It was hard to listen to the narrator because his voice was very monotone, but the story kept me listening until the end. It's a really good book if you can get past the voice reading it.

I am loved

Until one can confidently receive love it’s not possible to give love - this truth is eternal. Part of the issue in a culture that throws the concept of of around a lot is how one defines love in the first place. A biblical POV is 1 Corinthians 13. Simply, Love is a choice of selflessness, sacrifice, and requires nothing in return. Basically, it’s impossible. Only God can give perfect love - receiving it and then pouring His love out is the goal. This book reminds me God is the source.

Faith Builder

I've gone to church my whole life but never was living my life for God. I was recommended this book by a friend after contacting them saying I wanted to build a relationship with God. Chan has definitely opened up a whole new world to me. He has shown me the true glory of God and relentless He is. I hope I can continue to make positive steps towards God.

Inspirational and Challenging!

It made me realized how much we need to be more of doers rather than waiting for others to do the work. Lots of people hears the word and that's it, no action! Francis makes it clear that God loves us and wants us to spread his love, that he sent his only Son to die for me! There is so much Joy Knowing how much God loves me.

Incredibly revealing

Francis has been the first person to finally open my heart and mind to our relationship with Christ on a level I’ve longed for. This book fulfills the desire in each of us to connect with our father in a beautiful way.

I’ve read this book multiple times, and it gets better with each one. If you are a new Christian or seasoned Christian, this book is for you!

this is my 1st audio book. To me it was so powerful, thought provoking and convicting. I had to buy the hard copy for future review and reminder, etc. I also loved Francis' narration. It is truly an amazing book. I love it. Thank you Francis Chan
