I liked the info provided. Lots of good details and things to think about. Some of the info actually corrected misconceptions I've had about cold showers. My issue was with the narrator. I didn't feel like he seemed interested in the info. Oh sure he sounded like he was trying to be a proponent but in the end it sounded like they just picked a random guy off the street to read the book. If the narrator doesn't seem convinced of what they're reading it's a little harder for me to get involved. I was interested in the topic do i pushed thru but if I just started the audio book to see if it were interesting I'd have stopped it the chapters in tops.
