"Great book, we're all codependent to some extent"

I was amazed at how well this book was written, it felt warm and welcoming, I never felt threatened. I wanted to read more and more until I was done.

"Very helpful in this season in my life."

Found it very easy to understand, the real life stories helped to accept I'm not alone. Also the matter that the author believes in God topped it for me.
    Thank you ....

"I couldn't have said it better"

I tried to explain my situation to friends, family, and even a therapist. But I just couldn't find the right words. These are the right words.

"Great book, even for a manly man!"

The book was an eye opener to common co-dependent problems most everyone has. I'm definitely not one for reading or listening to books, especially therapy books, but this one was stellar. It kept my attention the whole time! The biggest thing I got from it was awareness. Just the fact I'm recognizing codependency items is a huge step! Thanks for the great book!

"Life penetrating, soaking into the core of my soul"

This book opens a door to a place of healthy, happy living. It is up to the individual that hears it to implement and learn how to go in a new direction with their lives. We choose the way we feel, we can stop trying to control the crazy life choices of others, stop excepting inappropriate behavior of others and LEARN to be true to our own hearts.
Why not learn to care for ourselves & stop the madness of codependency. Until we cultivate loving ourselves, we can't truly love anyone eles anyways. This book is one everyone should read.
