    "Really eye-opening!"
What made the experience of listening to Codependent No More the most enjoyable?

This book is very useful if you think you might have even the slightest problem with dependency in relationships. The first half is very insightful and provides a much broader concept of codependent relationship styles than those I had been aware of before. It made me realize the full extent of my actions and what they meant in relation to my past. I highly recommend it.

Would you recommend Codependent No More to your friends? Why or why not?

Yes. I think it is helpful

Have you listened to any of Christina Moore’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    "What?"

A counselor once mentioned to me that I was co-dependent without providing an adequate definition. She recommended this book. At first, I thought it was going to really tell me something, but instead it mainly provided examples of other cases that the author believed to demonstrate co-dependency without providing a clear cut definition. I was a little more confused after reading it than before.
