this book was definitely an eye-opener. I am so glad that I Came Upon This Book and took the time to read it it has definitely helped me to see that I'm not alone and I'm not the only one suffering
The only drawback was the focus on aloholism's involvement. Was so good I read twice, mainly to go back and do the activities! Great to go back to for help also (on your bad days)....
The book didn't end up describing me but helped me identify the trate in others in my life. I will now be able to identify this in others and will recommend the book to them when appropriate.
The insights in this book about human behavior should be required reading for everyone at some point in their lives, even if they aren't codependent.
I loved EVERY PAGE of this book! It inspires me to continue on my path to add to the collection of books that will help others in their recovery.
Great narration, easy to listen to, wonderfully encouraging.
Get this book if you're struggling with an abusive relationship. Words cannot describe how much it has helped me see the truth in my life and live a
more peaceful existence.
It was easy to read and very informative in an interesting and compassionate way. I agree with most of the reviewers about the usefulness if the information in this book.
