We have also included two versions of the hypnosis story for you to choose from: The first recording is geared for the younger child (roughly ages 3-8) while the second version is geared for older children (roughly 8-12). Really good!
Out of all i have bought, tested and some returned this is so far the very best. Best in my list for childrens meditation. It isn't simply guided meditation(which i do love) but also life lessons in the form of small stories that can be easily connected with. I appreciate the kindness and hope for positivity and growth. I don't care for the narrator's volume varying, it isn't so terrible and often to warrant a star loss. And I wasn't crazy about some of the negative things and actions pointed out however the realistic (ish, i mean this is a kids book) details can and do ring true for many kids. Review each story first before letting kiddo listening. Personally my young kiddo is no where near ready to think about some kids feeling like they want to die due to low self worth. It is only briefly(that i noticed but i haven't finished all of it) stated after a bullying incident. And to calm worries on that now, she does make it very clear, honest, uplifting and friendly on how to let go of that and calm down and grow.
