I love this book. Going to listen to it again. I really am struggling in this area of speaking with out thinking. this book is helping me to tame my tongue.

what an awesome book it has definitely changed the way I think and the way I live I loved it I keep listening to it over and over again

Great book

I usually enjoy a good 7-24 hour unabridged book, but this book came clipped/bookmarked at 10 minutes. Removing the clip does not work according to "the directions" but it's a great book. I'll listen to someone else until this book gets actually fixed. Thank you for a great book.

Too Religious for me

If you are looking to delve deeper into the word of God and applying his message in your life this book might be for you.

Has Change Your Words, Change Your Life turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, but will be more careful to look for the religious messages.

I had a hard time staying awake

I like Joyce Myers teachings. The person reading this book is not good at all. Very mono to and is reading without inflections. I wish Joyce Myers was talking or someone who had a bit more enthusiasm than this person. I'm probably going to exchange this book if I can.

Narrator's Voice was intolerable

Narrator's voice was harch, pitchy and I could not continue after only 3 chapters. I love Joyce Meyer's material, but please, use another narrator. Very disappointed.

If I wanted to be preached to, I'd go to church.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I'm perfectly comfortable with a few references to God in any learning material, but this book was scripture after scripture lecturing on how we should live our lives. The title was very misleading.
If you are a worshiper, you'll love it.

What could Joyce Meyer have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Scale back the preaching and make it fact based on psychology and interactions instead of just Gods word.

Every one that began with a scripture or a lecture about what God wants us to be.

I was not expecting that the content would be about the Bible and God

If you are looking for improving your communications and the choice of word.. Then do NOT buy this unless you beleive in God
