On this program, for the very first time, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer takes you on a compelling journey through all 81 verses of the Tao, as he offers affirmations and a unique meditation technique that you can directly apply to your life. By actually repeating the word Tao as a mantra, you will subliminally attain a level of wisdom and peace that you may have never experienced before. Do the Tao now...and usher in an entirely new way of thinking!

Not for long drives. I made that mistake and boy was I bummed. Overall though, its a wonderful piece, just as long as you are in full meditation mode
Incredibly grounding, impactful, and spiritual. I recommend this to anyone looking to grow or find your inner peace. New to the Tao? This is a perfect example.
I battled a bit at first, I think Dr Wayne is incredible with his sound meditation. I tried to keep up with him and I battled BUT the meditation itself is fantastic. I sometimes just listen to it without sounding.
The learning is in the meditation and most of all using the sound yourself. I found it wonderful and something to use everyday
I have been through a soul shattering experience. Along with other spiritual mentors and this I have been able to rebuild my spiritual strength and put my life and energies back into an alignment. It is still a challenge at times. However when I am down and disturbed, this audiobook helps me to relax and follow the affirmations and the chants.
This is my first encounter with the Tao, although I had seen a program about Taoism on television. The verses are like little poems, quite beautiful in their simplicity and ring of truth. I feel that I have known these truths always, but I didn't know that I knew them until now. The chant of 'Tao' after each verse gives one time to meditate on the verse. I recommend this for anyone who feels that he or she would like to become a better person.
Dr Dyer's skill in speaking certainly came across in this recording which was deeply relaxing.
