Publisher's summary

Have you ever felt drawn to someone you met for the first time and you could not seem to understand why? Moreover, have you ever met someone that instantly hated you the moment you saw him or her, but also did not have a clue why? The reason for this is the aura that we emit which some people, maybe you, could see or sense.

Auras emit energy and light with different color visible to the naked eye by some people. This person, that sees human aura, could tell a person if the body is healthy, ill, or feeling negative. They can identify it by the color of the aura you emit. Those people say, an aura is like a glowing light around a person, and mostly consisting of one or sometimes several colors.

There are other ways to experience an aura, for those who cannot see it. An example is when you feel like somebody's watching you from a distance or when you sense somebody else's presence in a dark room. In addition, a process called Kirlian photography, that uses high-frequency electric current, could also see the human aura. How does an produce light?

Naruto would be proud! Unlock'em if you've got'em

The most I know about chakras comes from anime shows like Naruto, so this was actually pretty interesting to me. Starr does a fairly compelling work on what chakras are and thebest ways to go about balancing them. I took karate for a long time, and I learned how to meditate, but this type o philosophy was always a bit out of my zone. It was never talked about. My wife does yoga, and so she sort of hipped me to what it was all about. Then I got this book, after talking to my wife, and learned a lot of mind blowing stuff. If you are new to this, then this is a great way to get broken in, and if you are familiar, then I believe that it will help you become more positive, and grant you some more control. I must admit, I was a little upset that I wasn't getting any ninja powers from this, though.

Cliinger nails the narration down, he is crystal clear and easy to understand. He makes a good guide for use Chakra newbies. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
