It's just an introduction, then a beat that sounds like the noise I get in my head when I get a migraine and music, nothing to do with weight loss except that it claimed to help you sleep, I would expect to find it for £2.75 but it was £11 !!!!! wish I could get a refund. shame because I dislike giving bad reviews.
