This inspiring collection of observations will offer heartfelt insights from the vantage point of doggy heaven. Most importantly, this book will serve as a cherished reminder that the love of our canine best friend is a love that lasts more than a lifetime.

Oh...to be a dog! They see everything so much clearer than we do. They don't complicate things.
A wonderful short read that will teach you (if you are teachable) to be a great human!
I was a little skeptical when I first saw that Dean Koontz had written a book from his dog's perspective. However, being an animal lover I decided to give it a try. Not only did I laugh through the entire book... my husband and I laughed together the 3 other times we listened to it... and my sister and parents are still laughing about it! It is uplifting, funny, accurate, insightful, and entirely believable. You can actually visualize Trixie thinking these things! We all loved it immensely!
Awesome listen!! if you have a pet lover on your christmas list you gotta get this for them. It is only an hour ong so someone new to audio books would enjoy this.
This book is written from the perspective of Dean Koontz's dog Trixie. A very cute, laugh-out-loud tribute to dog-lovers everywhere. While listening I pictured my dog Patches speaking in the very same voice as the narrator. Hilarious!
“I am the wife to a wonderful man, the mom to two sweet doggie boys. I'm all about the dog stories fiction or non!
The voice of the narraitor, was great and I would never have been able to imagine that while reading.
Well it's only Trixie....
Captured the tone of how we would imagine a dog to speak!
Bliss to You: Trixie's Guide to a Happy Life
Don't know the narration is impossible to listen to
Very annoying as I enjoyed a big little life
What a wonderful book. I've listened to it twice. We recently lost our Black Lab so this story brought tears & laughter to my husband & I. I highly recommend it for all ages. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
We all need a little bliss in our life. It is possible to find it.
I found the book cute, though I enjoyed more of the one liners than the general story. Part of the reason could be that I have very atypical pets (a dog who doesn't like peanut butter and cats that are very social and get along pretty well with the dog). I did not like the narrator of the audiobook, I found the voice to be very distracting to the story.
