Good guided practice for the emptiness of the mind. As an advaitin (loosely), was curious about Buddhist practices and wanted to play with that for sometime. This was a pretty good start. Thanks Mr. Goldstein!
This short audio book is a guided meditation. I tried it and really could feel the power of meditation right away. Even only five minutes into it, I felt the effects. Towards the end, I was feeling transcendent. I'm a skeptic of meditation, but now can begin to understand the benefits.
