More of a chatty poorly scripted talk show segment than a profession audio book based on the hard copy, so Not Recommended. Sloppy, drifted from the book, with lots of rambling conversation. Title is purposefully misleading, as hardly any of making money is in the content. Bob Proctor was just in the beginning sections, so again more misleading the consumer by the producers. Poor and sloppy editing. Long gaps of silence. Supposedly new age/quantum/law of attraction advice, but continous and increasingly repetitive references to god, god spirit, etc. Cheap back door reference to not listen to other authors such as the "Hicks" products, because of use of an entity, but then goes right into constant god references. Also noted some content rehashed from "Hicks" presentations of the theme, but poorly replicated. Frequent off the path rambling by author. Scattered, briefly touched upon topics, into many diverse areas without any substantial explanations or foundations. Suppossedly 5 levels of enlightenment, which really turned out to be several vague levels of elitism, sublimially promoted in constantly growing religious "christian/christ" theme. One would have to be already well versed in the real topics to understand what was poorly presented, so I would recommend other avenues to learn about the subject. (Which again, is not even described in the title or beginning of the work.) Poor construction of material and presentation. More of a friendly non focused off the cuff discussion by author - not a well prepared audio version of a book. Author lost the point on many occasions, and simply joked through it. Needed frequent redoing or editing, but left as is, in poor draft quality. I would be fired for producing such poor work. 45 minutes of promotional product selling at the end. Now, I did appreciate the informality of the product, but not the sloppy production, which is unfortunately what you'll remember. Now the author sounds like a nice person, very bubbly, down-under, sexy, sincere, and excited about the presentation, but that's now why you pay full price for a professional audio book. So this is overpriced simply because of poor quality, lack of editing/redoing, and unfocused presentation. The blatent scattered rambling/selling of products at the end, was a bit embarrassing to listen too. It would be OK if you knew about this when purchasing and still purchased, but being mislead to purchase this sloppy product, makes this a not-recommended product. Just a poor product, riding on the tail of "The Secret." You can do so much much better for yourself with other authors and products. Sorry to the author and producers, but they should have never released something that is clearly only in early-draft quality, as a finished full-priced audio guide. Embarrassing.
I'm a fan of Bob Proctor's - have been for quite some time. However, Michele Blood was like nails on a chalkboard to me. She doesn't talk, she yells. And she interjects a lot of forced, amateur-stagey sounding laughter throughout this work. I know she thinks she's being energetic and upbeat, but she's over the top, and it's very uncomfortable to listen to.
However, once I got over her painful delivery and was able to focus on the content, I was amazed. Seriously - although her voice is tortuous to listen to at first, everything she says is golden. The content is fantastic. I've read and heard a million different law of attractiony types of things, but she reveals concepts I've never heard anywhere else. I now see why Bob Proctor chooses to work alongside her. And when I started to be amazed at her content, her voice didn't bother me so much.
Also, she's a very good singer.
Yes, I have actually listened to it several time already and I will continue to listen to it many times, mainly because of the inspiring and valuable information that it offers, which is not only uplifting but logical.
I learned that spirituality and the material world are connected in every way, and that prosperity is available now and always for us.... we must learn to spiritual principles that attract success and abundance, like perseverance, meditation, decision making, etc.
I could only listen for a few minutes. They are both determined to sound excited and enthusiastic, which ruined any listening. What a waste.
I struggled to go through this book. The Bob Proctor part was ok, I really had a hard time listening to Michelle Blood. Between her Aussie accent & her high pitched voice, the giggles, grammar, I couldn't take her seriously. She does have a beautiful singing voice, but unfortunately she didn't sing the whole book.
