Nott overly complicated
This book is quite a bit shorter than I imagined, or others I have listened to. Which actually proves the point, that changing your life or achieving your goals, is not overly complicated. Great toolbox for you to effectively create the change you want!

Book changed me.
Great book. All things we do in life are motivated by pleasure and pain. Change what you associate pleasure and pain. This book also helped me realize what I really want in life, it was incredible that some things I thought I wanted went away and others made themselves known unto me. If you go see a Chiropractor for a back adjustment. Read this book for a attitude and mental adjustment. Very inspiring and uplifting.

Starts off cliche, ends up being pretty deep
Any additional comments?
At first, I didn't agree with the book. The author talks of pretty much the Law of Attraction sort of vibe. Ultimately, it starts like the same stuff you hear over and over from other gurus. Ended up being pretty deep and agreeable.
Also, this dude has an epic voice.
