Very effective guidance to positive change
This totally met my expectations. Its a comprehensive list of steps towards making positive behavorial changes and how to break self defeating patterns. I would highly recommend books like this as a supplement to psychotherapy.

Awaken the Giant Within.
Wow, I love to listen to this book. He is very easy to understand what meaning he is trying to get across and his tone and gestures come through as if you were sitting just feet in front of him. Every time I play this book while I work I just get worked up and focused and feel like I can do anything, then again he said I can do anything and now I know I can do what ever I put my mind to.

Life Changing, Must Read
I’ve had this book for a while and have read it off and on. I’m am 100% elated that I have purchased this audio book. Yesterday alone I listened to it 3x. Yesterday I made a change and put it into action. Today I’ve listen to it again. I will listen to this book every morning just to get me started and not forget the principals I need to apply everyday to my life for lasting change. The best part is imagining/seeing the change twice a day if not more. Why?, because it always makes me smile!
