This is a very basic audiobook for anxiety. It's almost like the narrator has a script and a stopwatch as he slowly talks about relaxing. Kind of goes "now your breathing deeper.......and deeper....and really deep." Not my cup of tea but to others it may be. Thought narrator was very monotone and boring. Maybe that was the point of this audiobook to have the narrator put you to sleep. Sorry for my honest review. Hopefully I don't hurt feelings
Phew! The worst. In this decade of increasing zombies, this one makes me a believer, in zombies I mean. Wow, astonishing example of relaxation technique taken to the extreme. Who could listen to more than 20 seconds of this without falling dead asleep?

Very relaxing. His voice is perfect for this field. Damn! Blah blah blah I can't believe this is require me to write a minimum # of words. Now I'm all stressed out again. Must listen to the book again. Damn!
