    "A really good listen. Therapeutic."

This book is very well constructed. It's packed full of helpful advice to rebalance anxiety. It's simple and direct in approach. You could listen to it over and over again. Dip in and out of chapters for inspiration and encouragement. I loved it and I feel less anxious already. Listen to it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Would you consider the audio edition of Anxiety Rebalance to be better than the print version?

I considered buying the print version based on the reviews I read. I then thought I would give audible a go as i would like to listen whilst driving in my car, cleaning the house, going to sleep and so on. If i like the audio I will most likely buy the print.no more to comment.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Anxiety Rebalance?

The rebalance scale in the book has let me understand and be clear on how anxiety works. I also got an insight to what someone else experienced and what they did to recover.

Have you listened to any of Carl Vernon’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I've watched some YouTube videos and seen some FB stuff. His character seems to stay the same. He can relate and communicate clearly.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When he spoke about his family, growing up and in brief about his first panic attack. This touched me. He talks about his up's and down's and how he realised he had anxiety and that he wasn't going mad.

in the first chapter of the book. he then goes on to talk about how to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, depression and what he reco's to do.

    Any additional comments?

this book does offer really good solutions for anxiety, panic attack, depression sufferers.I think people want answers straight away when listening to a book. I found it very helpful to listen to carls story as it sounded similar to mine. his solutions kick in quickly. i did not find the book long--winded.

    "Shame, heartfelt but not useful"
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

It might help some, but he takes so long to get round to making any point you might die of boredom first. Some points are just plain wrong and although he talks about humour, I never noticed any.

Has Anxiety Rebalance put you off other books in this genre?

No. It's just a bad one from someone who has experience but no qualifications

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

    Easy to listen to

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Anxiety Rebalance?

Chapters 1 to 6. I think the title is a misnomer. He simply goes on about what anxiety is. There's nothing in there about how to deal with it and change.

    Any additional comments?

He never gets round to making a point. Deadly boring. Faaaar too much background information on the author...

    "disappointing"

The guy takes ages to get to the point and speaks about himself alot. I guess he's just trying to get you to relate to him. I didn't find it helpful :/

"More like a biography than a self help book."

It was more like a biography than a self help book. He spends ages speaking about his life story and ages getting to the point. I'd you like biographies then this is for you. Personally, I need practical advice.
