This book is a 3 in one which I consider quite a deal. Acid reflux is a condition where the stomach acids flow to the oesophagus. The book helps you understand that a heartburn isn't just something that can be treated over the counter, your body could be signaling that you have acid reflux. Constipation, which is very much relatable, is explained in detail why it is recurrent and how to prevent it. Health secrets, which I believe is the mother of the first two books is such a broad book. When you read it you'll understand why is it that one thing is linked to another. Generally, I'd recommend this book to anyone because health is wealth, and it has helped me understand the perks of having a healthy lifestyle! Such a good read!

This is a great audio for all around health. The acid reflux section was very helpful and I found that adding some aloe vera juice and a few dietary changes has made a huge difference for me.
