    "Poker players will enjoy this"

Ace on the River is not a typical "how to" book, but anyone with any interest in poker will find it interesting. There is so much more involved in being a successful poker player than knowing how to play the game, and this book will take you through many of the issues that you may face. This is one of the best books on the intangibles of playing poker.

"A way of life i can relate to"

Great book. Talks about the life of a Poker player to which i can relate. It talks about things that only gamblers have experienced. Don't expect the a-b-c's of how to play Poker, for this rather purchase a book by many other great authors.

    "loved it"

if oure not a true poker junkie it wont feel like anything but a boring manual. the knowledge he passes to you about the poker lifestyle seem so simple and true that you would never have realized it on your own, but now strike you as obvious. if youre new to poker read a book by harrington or brunson. If youve struggled with a bankroll and plan on living your life with poker as a main ingredient, read this book.
