What happened here was bad grammar. What you say is important, but how you say it is just as important. Don't make the mistake of thinking that grammar is too complicated or boring for anyone but linguists and nerds. We all use grammar, but many of us could use it better.
A Shortcut to Good Grammar is an entertaining and funny program that will help you avoid the mistakes that get noticed and make bad impressions; make grammar work for you instead of against you; discover that good grammar is simple and within your reach; forget about your eighth-grade English teacher; and hear real grammar the way it's really used.

It's good. You will find it very usefull if you want to refresh your english grammar without paying $20-30 per hour for private lessons. It gives you a brief overview of the necessary grammar that people usually use in their conversations.
I got this title hoping it will be useful to learning grammar. NOT to hear a stand-up show. And a very BAD one, I might add. The jokes of the two speakers are so ANNOYING and not funny that I couldn't get through the whole thing. Why can't they just give you what you wanted, a grammar lesson, and leave the jokes to the pros?
Less jokes, more real lessons - no values as it is now.
The jokes! If you can call them that. So cheesy and just plain awful.
Very good grammar book. Fun to listen! It is not boring as some grammar books. I am ESL learner . I've found the best and easiest explanations for some difficult for me conceptions in this book.
These people are really are enough to cause road-rage. I was preparing for a CLEP test and thought that this might be helpful. Yick! once and a while they would say something in a useful, but I was so annoyed by the narration and forced ?banter? that I would have to back up to hear it, and that just to painful. I didn?t expect fun, but I did expect to not be annoyed.
