A guided meditation is made up of two 30-minute meditations. On track two there is a special healing white-light visualisation which is great for self-healing and raising your energy. On both tracks you will also hear dreamy background affirmations which echo and pan from left to right across the stereo range. The subtle background sound effects have been recorded at certain frequencies and in specific keys to enhance the meditation.
You will be given a number of posthypnotic suggestions and carefully layered affirmations to help you feel refreshed and relaxed. At the end of each track, you will be gently brought back to full waking consciousness with a combination of suggestion and music. There are also a number of positive subliminal suggestions embedded in the fade-out music to facilitate the overall effect.
Please note: The first track will gently bring you back to full waking consciousness at the end. The second track has a sleep ending and will guide you into a peaceful sleep at the end, making it ideal for nighttime use.

A really excellent program. It is divided into two meditations, one taking you to a magical garden and the other having you lying down under a blue sky and interacting with a healing star. I use it, for example, to relax in the evening after a tough day or at the end of a yoga session, and I am really impressed by the levels of relaxation I can reach thanks to it. Great job, and the fact that there are two meditations rather than one is a welcomed plus!

I find these medications extremely helpful when I need to "reset" my focus away from my chronic pain. You do need to give it a chance, using the meditation a few times before getting the full power of it.
