Don't waste your time or money
The author explains how the brain works and advises you to search the internet for brain enhancement tools. No advise on how to improve your mind, no tips, nothing, zip, nada.

very awkward writing!
This 'book' is read much like the script for an informercial. While there are a few nuggets of information in here, there's an awful lot of repetition and the narrator repeats "Guide to Brain Enhancement and other long drawn out tittles with such repetition that you get extremely annoyed after a while. It could be easily cut down in length without any loss of info. The redundancy of tittles, names and phrases takes so much away from this recording that you wonder if it was written by a computer or a very autistic individual and it makes for reading that lacks flow. There are a few chunks of knowledge to be had here, but it's a painful way to get at them.
