I specialize in treating people with addictions and listened to this book as a way to help a patient. It is very informative and packed with tips to help whether dealing with a pornography addiction, a masturbation addiction, and the tips can also help with opiate addictions and other addictions rampant in society as well. A lot of what he mentions I have been advising my patients. I also appreciate how he discussed how the brain works and the imbalances that can occur as a result of addictions. The principles here go beyond porn and masturbation. Principles such as get more sleep, the reptilian brain, journaling, etc. Such an amazing list. I highly recommend this to anyone
This book has all the valuable information that you need to be succesfull in nofap and quitting your porn and masturbation habit. i really recommend this for everyone who's serious about personal development and growing to stronger version of yourself.
Not exactly a silver bullet, quick fix, but helps to review what others have done that helped them, does help in motivation and knowing that it's not just me and that life can and will get better.
Loved this audio book because it gives great practical advice for those who want to stop masturbating, and apply that sexual energy instead to better themselves.
As a woman these suggestions don't only relate to men but is also a very helpful list for women too!
Even though it's less than 2 hours long it give out so much helpful information that I had to stop and meditate on what I heard. Than a day or so later listened to another portion to continue considering those suggestion as well. These guidelines don't only have to relate to stopping masterbating but on how to gain needed self control twords a successful and mind balanced way of operating twords other major goals too.
